But in excavating Barnes-Ross’ sordid relationships, Freedom uncovered a new name in the dossier—one with her own catalog of disrepute.

She goes by Ashley “Love” Richards and, by day, presents herself as a true crime podcaster with a BA in Broadcasting and Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University. Richards claims, by virtue of her YouTube account, that she is a “journalist” who believes that “making content with other creators with similar values is one of the most vital resources she has available to create change.”
Meanwhile, in one of the “spinoffs” of her “That’s So F—ked Up” podcast, “Ash and Alex (Barnes-Ross)” volley mutual bigotry under the guise of commentary, even while “Ash” readily admits: “I’ve never grown up with any religion in my life whatsoever at all” and “I don’t know s—t about Scientology.” (Of course, that hasn’t stopped her from spewing vile anti-Scientology hate.)
But as it turns out, Richards has two platforms—one for podcasts and one for porn—because, by night, Richards drops the social justice veneer and sells adult content under the moniker “@thepiperpeeksexperience” on OnlyFans, an account that comes complete with banner image of Richards bent over in a leopard-print thong, rear and crotch prominently displayed for subscribers.

OnlyFans, a subscription-based content platform launched in 2016, is overwhelmingly dominated by sex workers and those like Richards attempting to profit off personalized pornography.
Given the above, it is unclear which “profession” Richards refers to when she delivers the following straight-faced declaration on her website: “Ashley has been enthusiastically and tirelessly working to become a knowledgeable and respected professional.”
In short, Richards doesn’t just fit in with Alex Barnes-Ross’ entourage of creeps and criminals—she completes the set.
